About me
I'm a product manager-designer hybrid who builds bridges between business and design and loves to empower team members.
I'm a product designer and team player.
In my product design work, I combine a collaborative approach focused on getting different perspectives. Involving the whole team by building emotional engagement with the mission and vision. The longer I am in the field, the clearer I see how designers can impact not only the aesthetic and usability of a product but also how teams can create and build together. Everyone is creative.
I mentor and lead
In 2021, I started my chapter of mentoring people professionally. From this time, I gathered experience in mentoring individuals and teams. My mentoring style grew from sharing domain knowledge to empowering teams and shaping a safe space where they can make mistakes and later reflect on them. Growth can't rely only on listening but also on how and where we test it and adjust to our needs.
I continue gaining my experience in organisations I work with and on SWPS University in Wrocław on Product Design studies where I lead 3 teams of students every year.

I love meeting people. I'm passionate about sharing ideas, and perspectives. I'm a good and active listener.
As a designer, I deeply appreciate contact with business and product people. My main mission as a design mentor is to share the product perspective with my design mentees. I believe this is what makes us more impactful designers.

After work?
I'm a father of two sons to whom I want to show how much we can learn from observing the world and other people.
With my experience in the field and being a parent, I am more aware of the time and resources that are around us and how easily we can loose focus on what matters to us.
This helped me in becoming a better mentor and leader for product and design teams. I use my knowledge in the professional field and on university where I guide and coach new adepts in product design.
